David heads up our Market Performance, Negotiations, and Customer/Partner Relationship Management practice.
With 35 years of cross-border management experience, David is a proven market entry expert. As the founder of several companies, a main board director across Europe and Asia, and having served as Chairman and CEO in Asia, he has established and grown full design, manufacturing, and sales operations in Asia while negotiating strategic alliances in Japan, Korea, and China.
Based in the UK and US, David has built and led global teams across Asia, Europe, and North America, empowering them with a growth mentality that delivers exceptional performance gains. He is an expert facilitator in complex situations – whether in M&A, PMI, or partnership negotiations – where his deep analysis goes beyond measurable facts. David’s ability to manage cross-border projects enables companies to avoid common pitfalls, especially when working with Japanese manufacturers, thanks to his robust Japanese automotive network and his skill in providing effective local communication in both location and language.
Fluent in English, Japanese, and Italian, David has reviewed and negotiated contracts across multiple cultures. His extensive global network – built through business, academic, charitable, and sports engagements – grants him access to key corporate and government decision-makers.
